A public application page that converts

Edunile gives every school a public-facing admission application URL — yourschool.edunile.ng/apply — that you can link from your website, social media, or printed flyers. The form is branded with your school’s name and logo, asks for the applicant details you specifically want (configurable per school), supports document upload for previous report cards or birth certificates, and sends an email confirmation to the parent on submission.

There is nothing to install. Schools without their own websites use the apply URL as their primary admission entry point. Schools with websites embed it as a button or iframe.

Review workflow that matches your committee

Submitted applications land in the Admissions hub. The admissions officer reviews each application, can leave internal notes, request additional documents from the applicant via the system, and forward to the principal for final approval. Each application has a status — Submitted, Under Review, Documents Requested, Approved, Rejected — and a full history of who took which action when.

When an applicant is approved, you click Convert to Enrollment and Edunile creates the student record, assigns the class, links the parent as a guardian, and triggers a welcome email with their first-term fee bill. The path from application to active student is one click after approval.

Promotions and transfers

At end of academic year, Edunile suggests promotions automatically based on grade reports — students above the pass threshold are flagged for promotion to the next class, students below for repeat. The promotions hub lets you confirm in bulk by class. Mid-year transfers (in or out) are handled in the same workflow, with a transfer letter generated automatically.
