What is edunile?
We know Nigerian schools from the inside.
A small team from the South West and the Delta. Engineers who have built money systems, and people who have spent their working lives in classrooms.
- fees on WhatsApp
- Ibadan
- A decade of engineering
- resumption day
- Decades in the classroom
- Lagos
- bank reconciliation
- PTA meetings
- Fintech & microfinance
- WAEC season
- Warri
- term-by-term cash flow
- Proprietors' realities
- the bursar's window
- 2G in the staff room
- part payments
We've seen the queue at the bursar's window on resumption day, and the parent who pays half and promises the rest.
We've built payment systems where every naira has to reconcile. That habit is in every receipt edunile sends.
We stay a real team you can reach on WhatsApp, not a call centre.
edunile is school management software for Nigerian schools. It keeps student records, fees, results, and parent messages together in one simple dashboard. It's built for nursery, primary, and secondary schools, as well as vocational schools and lesson centres. Everything a school does day to day (taking attendance, collecting school fees, sending out results, and keeping parents updated on WhatsApp) happens in one place. Instead of juggling separate notebooks, spreadsheets, and phones, your staff sign in and find it all in a single dashboard.
Who uses edunile
edunile is used by the people who run a school day to day. School owners and proprietors use it to see, at a glance, how much money has come in and how many pupils are enrolled. Bursars and finance staff send invoices, record payments, and follow up on unpaid fees. Teachers mark attendance, enter scores, and produce term result sheets. Parents get their own view of their child's invoices, payments, and records, so the office answers fewer of the same questions. Because everyone works from the same records, a payment the bursar enters is the very figure the proprietor sees on the dashboard that same evening.
How edunile is different
Your school's information stays yours. Each school's records are kept completely separate from every other school's, so nobody else can see your pupils, your fees, or your staff. When you message parents, the messages go out over WhatsApp the direct way: there's no middleman adding a charge on top of every message you send. And because edunile works the same way for every school, it's already tried and tested: it's quick for your staff to learn, and when something needs fixing, it gets fixed for everyone at once rather than waiting on a one-off system built just for you.

edunile is priced by student count, billed monthly or per term, in Nigerian Naira. Plans run from Starter for small schools up to Professional for large ones, with a custom Enterprise tier above 2,000 students. Every tier includes fee collection, student and staff management, and WhatsApp parent communication; higher tiers add attendance, report cards, multi-campus support, and AI features.
